Other seasons, arrival day of your choice, we prefer a minimum stay of 5 nights, or on demand.

Payment and annulation policy?
Payment:
- At reservation, min 30% of the rental sum
- Balance to be paid minimum 95 days before the start of the rental period
Annulation:
- Before 95 days of the start van the rental period, 30% non refundable
- After 95 days of the start of the rental period, non refundable, unless agreed otherwise.
Guarantee
A deposit of 2.500 € should be paid before the start of your stay. The sum is refunded within 14 days after the end of your stay, if there is no dammage or excess consumption.
