Welcome to CasaYmas! Our very own holiday home!
And we would like to emphasize ‘home’…
For years, we have been looking for that one, perfect place to spend a well-deserved holiday with all our children. A place where we can enjoy ourselves, explore the beautiful surroundings and - equally important - a place where you can rest and find peace.
It seemed so difficult - at times even impossible - to find a cosy, comfortable family home with enough cutlery, chairs, loungers… to accommodate a somewhat larger group.
Does this sound familiar?
After a yearlong quest, we bought this villa in 2017. Beautifully located in El Paraiso, and one of the first ‘urbanisationes’ in the region. A perfect mix of new and traditional styles, resulting in a practical and stylish villa surrounded by spacious landscaped gardens. El Paraiso provides a peaceful and relaxing scene, and is located near Marbella, Puerto Banus where there is tons to experience!
A villa from the 70s does not meet the necessary modern standards of comfort, but given that we ourselves are active in Real Estate and interior design, we saw this as a great opportunity and interesting challenge to give this villa a bright new future. A makeover from A to Z.
