to Casa Y Mas, our very own holiday home!
For years, we have been looking for that one, perfect place to spend a holiday with our 6 children. A place where we could enjoy ourselves, explore the beautiful surroundings and a place where we could be at ease, finding peace.
It seemed almost impossible to find a cosy, comfortable family home with enough cutlery, chairs, loungers and most of all …plenty of space to accommodate a larger group.

Our casa is your casa
The location is Estepona, Andalucía.
When landing in Malaga airport, you are only 69km away from the villa.
A 45-minute drive through the many golf greens and beautiful hills, or via the coastal route, will set the tone for a delightful stay.
The villa has enough space to offer comfort to 14 people, easily.
On the one side of the villa, we have 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. When going through the living room you’ll reach 4 bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms (1 of them adapted to disabled guests). The villa is also completely wheelchair accessible.
A large kitchen island with an induction cooktop, 2 fridges (+1 in the storage), 2 dish washers, 2 ovens will guarantee a successfully prepared meal or authentic tapas.
Followed by added quality time at the large dining table with your entire family or group of friends.

Family and friends first
After a year-long quest, we found this villa in 2017. Beautifully located in El Paraiso, one of the first urbanizaciones in the region. A perfect mix of new and traditional styles, resulting in a practical and stylish villa surrounded by spacious landscaped gardens. El Paraiso provides a peaceful and relaxing scene, close to Marbella and Puerto Banus!
A 1970s villa does not meet the necessary modern standards of comfort. But, seen as we are active in real estate and interior design, we saw this as a great opportunity and interesting challenge to give this villa a bright new future. A makeover from A to Z.
It became a place for family, friends, sport enthusiasts, gourmets and cultural fanatics.
